That was the first time for me actually..

ok i should post this..
it really fascinates me a lot..
CAUSE ITS TRUE!!!

And thus I have to post sumthin today at least..

Training went on as usual..
Hard and intense..
There will surely be some bumps and bruises after training..
Eventho its just TRAINING..
And not even a MATCH...

Well,i like training that way..
Hard and aggressive...

And still,i have to fight my position with the S.League guyz...
The striker and forward position is one of the most crucial position in a game...
and thats why Coach Aide always bring down some S.League players...
And it kinda frustrates me...
I'm better than them...
I know my own ability...
I just need the chance to show it..

Well,I'll keep on working hard..
Oh yeah one more thing..
I realise my fitness is decreasing...
I realise my fat ratio is increasing...

Must start doing intense training at the carpark again...
